We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. If you have strong accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage financial reporting and compliance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Accounts Department.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Mentor and supervise the accounting team.





Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory audits.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
