Accounts Executive Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Busy ERP and Tally Prime.

- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.

- Prepare and verify GST invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and e-way bills.

- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, and GST data preparation.

- Perform bank reconciliation (BRS), cash book, and ledger reconciliation.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.

- Maintain inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and production-related accounting entries.

- Coordinate with stores, production, and dispatch teams for accurate inventory and financial records.

- Assist in TDS calculations, statutory compliance, and audit documentation.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports,



expense analysis, and financial reports using Excel.

- Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Busy ERP and Tally Prime.

- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, e-way bills, and statutory compliance.

- Good understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports).

- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
