Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, payment, and receipt transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, ERP systems, or similar accounting applications.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
