Accounts Executive – Vouching & Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform vouching and verification of accounting transactions against supporting documents.
- Verify purchase, sales, expense, payment, receipt and journal vouchers.
- Check invoices, bills, receipts, bank statements and other supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documents and incorrect accounting entries.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, journal entries and general ledger accounting.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams/clients for clarification and supporting documents.
- Support statutory,



internal and financial audit requirements.

Desired Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts / Audit / Finance.
- Practical experience in vouching and verification is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries and ledgers.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Candidates from an audit firm or CA firm background can be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
