About Us

Hallmark Honda is an authorized Honda dealership committed to delivering excellent sales and after-sales service. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance in Tally

- Manage GST filing, TDS calculations, and other statutory tax compliances

- Process vehicle sales, spare parts, and service invoices

- Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management

- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records

- Coordinate with vendors, dealers, and Honda's regional finance team for payments and reconciliations

- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Support internal and external audits with required documentation

- Monitor stock/inventory valuation in coordination with the sales and service departments

- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF,



ESIC, etc.)

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; M.Com/MBA Finance preferred

- 2–5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in the automotive/dealership industry

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

- Sound understanding of Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax provisions)

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

- Knowledge of dealership management software (DMS) is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
