Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and business planning support. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to maintain strong financial discipline while supporting strategic business decisions in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities(Financial Operations)

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Handle reconciliations and day-to-day finance workflows
- Oversee invoicing, vendor payments, payroll coordination, and expense controls
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Ensure timely monthly closing processes

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Generate P&L; summaries, cash flow statements, and budget trackers
- Analyze revenue, margins, EBITDA, ROI, and key business performance metrics
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Assist leadership with dashboards,



presentations, and business insights

Compliance & Controls
- Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory compliance filings
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners
- Improve and maintain finance SOPs and internal control systems

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / MBA Finance
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Operations
- Hands on Experience on Accounting tools-Tally,SAP,Quickbook.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Good understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and corporate finance fundamentals
- Strong analytical, organizational, and ownership skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial processesPreferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in startups, gaming, SaaS, or digital businesses is an added advantage
- Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and finance coordination with leadership teams
