We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have accounting knowledge, experience in handling day-to-day finance operations, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. - Key Responsibilities: Manage the procurement pay cycle , including vendor management.
- Record and maintain transactions in Tally and Zoho Books (invoicing, debit/credit notes, journal entries, etc.).
- Verify and review vouchers; record all approved invoices with supporting documents and statutory compliances.
- Perform internal checks, and manage filing, scanning, and archiving of accounting records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries with accuracy.
- Maintain accounts including GST, TDS, TCS and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Desired Candidate Profile: Good knowledge of Accounting & Taxation .
- Hands-on experience with Tally & Zoho Books preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- 0 -6 months experience

Package: 2.4 - 3 LPA Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
