We're looking for a full-cycle AE who's actually worked inside the observability space — not someone who's sold it as one line item among many, but someone who's lived in this category and knows how deals here get won and lost.
Location: Gurgaon/Delhi NCR (Preferable) or Remote.
Working hours: 10am–7pm IST.

- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from self-sourced pipeline to close
- Build and manage relationships with DevOps leads, platform engineers, and CTOs
- Own your number — this role includes prospecting, not just closing what's handed to you
- Comfort running demos/POCs independently is a plus (not a deal breaker though) What we're looking for
- Prior experience at an observability/APM company — Recent Relic, Datadog, Coralogix, Dynatrace, Elastic, Last9 or similar
- A track record of closing deals end-to-end, not just running the technical portion of someone else's deal
- Comfort selling against well-funded incumbents on cost and data control
