Job Role: Accessibility Tester

Experience: 4+years

Location: Mumbai

- Solid hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools, including ZoomText and Dragon Naturally Speaking.
- Proficiency in using mobile accessibility features, including VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android).
- Good understanding of UK Disability Act and European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements and their application in digital accessibility testing.
- Awareness of various disability types and a sound understanding of how disabilities impact user interactions with digital products and services.
- Experience working closely with Project Managers (PMs) and cross-functional project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Possession of relevant IAAP Certifications, such as CPACC, WAS, or CPWA, is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools, including ZoomText and Dragon Naturally Speaking, JAWS.
- Proficiency in using mobile accessibility,



including built-in accessibility features (iOS) (Android).
- Good understanding of UK Disability Act and European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements, Section 508 and their application in digital accessibility testing.
- Awareness of various disability types and a sound understanding of how disabilities impact user interactions with digital products and services.
- Experience working closely with Project Managers (PMs) and cross-functional project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Possession of relevant IAAP Certifications, such as CPACC, WAS, or CPWA, is highly preferred.
- Manual Testing experience to WCAG standards is key.
