Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct online counselling sessions with parents and students via Google Meet.





Understand student learning needs and recommend suitable STEM programs.

Guide prospective customers through the admission process.

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrollments.

Build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship roles.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply
