Academic Coordination

Prepare and organize study materials and academic resources for courses.

Coordinate with faculty for course planning and academic delivery.

Manage end-to-end course execution from batch initiation to completion.

Batch & Student Management

Handle batch creation, scheduling, and batch management.

Maintain regular student coordination and communication.

Monitor student attendance and academic discipline.

Administrative Responsibilities

Oversee fee collection coordination and records management.

Prepare and maintain academic timetables for different batches.

Ensure smooth functioning of online and offline academic activities.

Academic Monitoring

Coordinate student evaluations, assessments, and feedback.

Maintain proper academic documentation and reports.

Assist in syllabus review and revision processes.

Research & Development

Support academic research activities for course improvement.





Work with the academic team to enhance course quality and learning outcomes.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple batches and tasks simultaneously

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation

Experience handling online academic platforms is an advantage

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate degree in any stream

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in academic coordination or education sector

Strong ability to manage students, faculty, and academic schedules

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
