3D Visualizer - Hospitality Projects Location Mumbai Experience 4-8 years versatile based on portfolio Industry Architecture Interior Design - Hospitality Role Overview We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with proven experience in large-scale hospitality projects such as hotels resorts mixed-use developments and F B spaces The role requires strong visualization skills attention to detail and the ability to translate architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality photorealistic visuals Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality 3D models renders and walkthroughs for hospitality projects Interpret architectural drawings interior layouts and design briefs to create accurate visual representations Work closely with architects interior designers and project teams to align visuals with design intent Produce exterior and interior renderings including public areas guest rooms lobbies F B and amenities Apply appropriate materials lighting textures and environments to achieve realistic outputs Revise visuals based on internal reviews client feedback and design changes within tight timelines Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance productivity image refinement and conceptual visualization Software Technical Skills 3ds Max V-Ray Photoshop SketchUp AutoCAD AI-based visualization tools for image enhancement concept development or workflow efficiency Required Experience Skills Prior experience working on large-scale hospitality projects is mandatory Strong understanding of space planning materials lighting and hospitality design standards Ability to deliver photorealistic presentation-ready renders Good sense of scale proportion and detailing Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
