Job Summary:

cademicWe are looking for a motivated and energetic A Counsellor to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and performance improvements

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- High energy level and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
