Role Description This is a full-time, in office 3D Designer role based in Berlin. The 3D Designer will create high-quality 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and luxury interior and architectural projects, translating design concepts and technical drawings into compelling digital representations. Daily responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models, applying realistic materials and lighting, and preparing still images, walkthroughs, and animations to support design presentations and client communication.

The role involves close collaboration with architects, interior designers, and project managers to refine spatial layouts, support design decisions,



and ensure visual consistency with brand and project standards. The 3D Designer will also organize project files, maintain an efficient workflow, and stay current with relevant software tools and visualization trends.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for architectural and interior visualization.

Candidates should possess practical Lighting skills for realistic renders and scene composition.

Candidates should possess Graphic Design skills for presentation layouts, diagrams, and visual storytelling.

Candidates should possess Animation skills for walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and motion-based presentations.

Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Revit, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Corona, or similar).

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, interior design principles, materials, and spatial planning.

Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong collaboration and communication skills in a multidisciplinary team.

Relevant education in 3D design, architecture, interior design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D visualizations for built environment projects;

experience with luxury or commercial interiors is an advantage.
