We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Max Designer who can create high-quality 3D visualizations and walkthroughs for indoor play zones, school interiors, activity rooms, furniture layouts, and educational infrastructure projects. The candidate should be able to convert concepts and layouts into realistic 3D designs as per safety, space, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D models, layouts, and realistic renders using 3Ds Max

Design indoor play zones, activity rooms, classrooms, libraries, and learning spaces

Prepare 3D views, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for client approvals

Work on space planning, color schemes, textures, lighting, and material selection

Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements

Coordinate with the project, sales, and installation teams

Ensure designs follow child safety standards, ergonomics, and usability

Maintain proper design files, revisions,



and project documentation

Deliver projects within defined timelines

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

Proficiency in 3Ds Max

Knowledge of V-Ray / Corona Renderer

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drawings & layouts)

Understanding of lighting, textures, and realistic rendering

Good sense of colors, aesthetics, and space utilization

Ability to visualize concepts and convert them into 3D designs

Qualifications

Experience in interior / playzone / furniture / architectural visualization preferred

Soft Skills coordination skills

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

Attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple projects
