- Sample Preparation: Weighing, dissolving, filtering, and sonicating raw materials, in-process samples, or finished products to prepare them for injection into the HPLC system.
- Instrument Operation: Setting up the HPLC, programming the autosampler, preparing mobile phases (solvents), and running analytical test sequences.
- Data Analysis: Interpreting chromatograms generated by software (like Empower or Chromeleon) to quantify the purity, concentration, and identity of compounds.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine preventive maintenance (e.g., purging lines, changing seals) and fixing common issues like pressure drops, baseline noise, or poor peak resolution.
- Calibration & Qualification: Regularly calibrating the system, checking flow rates, and conducting system suitability tests (SST) to verify the machine is working accurately before testing begins.
- Documentation & Compliance:



Recording all procedures, test results, and instrument logbooks meticulously following ALCOA+ data integrity, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
- Method Development & Validation: In more advanced roles, designing recent chromatographic methods, establishing limits of detection, and validating existing procedures according to ICH guideline

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
