Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers can apply; prior BPO/Call Center experience is an added advantage.
