About the Role

Connect4Sure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in Indian Accounting. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial record management while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash books.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance activities.
- Prepare invoices, vendor payments, and customer payment follow-ups.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and expense records.
- Assist during statutory audits and internal audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments whenever required.

Basic Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Indian Accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- Basic knowledge of:




- Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP - Basic Level)
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax basics
- Bank Reconciliation
- Invoice Processing
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Journal Entries
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
