Responsibilities

- Source healthcare professionals
- Post job advertisements
- Screen resumes
- Conduct telephonic interviews
- Verify qualifications and licenses
- Coordinate onboarding
- Maintain provider database
- Build relationships with nursing colleges and healthcare institutions
- Attend job fairs
- Maintain recruitment reports
- Support HR documentation

Daily KPIs

- 30 Candidate Calls
- 10 Candidate Screenings
- 5 Interviews
- 3 Qualified Providers Added
- Daily Recruitment Report

Qualifications





- Graduate
- HR or Recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent Tamil communication
- Basic English
- Strong organizational skills
