Position Overview

We are expanding our academic departments and are seeking dedicated Nursing Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, mentoring students in both classroom and clinical settings, and contributing to the overall development of our B.Sc. Nursing and GNM programs. We have openings across multiple specialties, including Medical Surgical, Child Health, Obstetrical & Gynaecological, Community Health, and Mental Health Nursing.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging theoretical lectures and practical demonstrations in alignment with the INC and RGUHS syllabus.
- Clinical Supervision: Guide, mentor, and evaluate students during their clinical postings at our top affiliated hospitals.
- Student Mentorship: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their overall personal and career development.
- Assessments: Prepare examination papers, conduct internal assessments and practical tests, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Institutional Growth: Actively participate in faculty development workshops, departmental meetings, and institutional committees to enhance educational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Nursing Tutor:



B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 1 year of clinical or teaching experience.
- Lecturer / Assistant Professor: M.Sc. Nursing with teaching experience in the relevant specialty as per INC guidelines.
- Professor / Associate Professor: M.Sc. Nursing with extensive academic and clinical experience (Ph.D. in Nursing is highly preferred).
- Licensure: Must hold a valid, active registration with the Karnataka State Nursing Council (KSNC).
