Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll by providing accurate employee data.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and perks.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- HR Payroll.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with relevant internships may also be considered).

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Employment Type: Full-time.
