Conduct ongoing checks during stitching and assembly to ensure quality compliance during stitching process. Supervise finishing teams to ensure garments meet buyer specifications. Maintain DPR & hourly reports. Maintain and update all quality documents as per ISO & internal standards. Ensure 100% accuracy & audit readiness. Record QC findings, from all department maintain checklists, reports, training logs & audit logs. Develop & implement quality plans and test protocols for each production batch as per guidance. Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement CAPA within 7 days. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly QC reports for management.Recommend and implement measures to reduce rework and improve quality. Ensure final garments meet buyer standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
