Blynk Virtual Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand BlynkEx, is a registered virtual digital asset service provider based in Bhopal. We operate a peer-to-peer digital asset platform, facilitating secure buy and sell transactions across multiple exchange platforms.

Role Summary
The Finance & Accounts Manager owns the company's complete finance and accounting function — from day-to-day bookkeeping and team supervision to statutory compliance, financial reporting, and strategic financial input for leadership. This role combines hands-on accounting ownership with senior-level financial oversight, reporting directly to the Director/Founder.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and personally review the company's books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff; review their reconciliations and entries.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and fund planning.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings — in coordination with auditors and consultants.
- Handle monthly, quarterly,



and annual closing and finalization of accounts.
- Design and enforce internal financial controls and approval workflows.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Review reconciliations across banking and settlement channels.
- Provide financial analysis and cost insight to support business decisions.

Requirements

- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance, or CA-Inter with strong relevant experience.
- 4+ years in accounting/finance, including experience supervising a small team.
- Solid knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
- High ownership, accuracy, and ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Experience in a startup, fintech, or NBFC environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
