Job Title: Telecaller – CollectionsJob Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and target-driven Telecaller to handle collection activities. The role involves contacting customers to remind and recover overdue payments while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers for pending payments and overdue accounts
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections
- Explain payment terms, due amounts, and available payment options
- Negotiate and convince customers to clear dues
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
- Maintain accurate records of calls and collection status
- Update daily reports and collection trackers
- Coordinate with field collection teams if required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines





Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate (any stream)
- Valuable communication skills (English + local language like Kannada/Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling systems)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Prior experience in collections / telecalling is an added advantage
