We're looking for a single engineer to own all technical operations for the affiliate management of a Malaysian ecommerce platform on behalf of our agency (Employee Number Zero LLC).

You will handle:

- Application monitoring and uptime
- Bug triage and resolution via GitHub Issues
- Supabase database maintenance (backups, integrity checks, schema)
- n8n Automation workflow and third-party integration maintenance
- Minor feature development and site changes
- Security patches and incident notification within 24 hours
- Client communication via Discord and WhatsApp during work hours

SLA you're accountable for:

- P1 (critical): respond in 2 hours, resolve in 4 business hours
- P2 (high): respond in 4 hours, resolve in 2 business days
- P3 (medium): respond in 8 hours, resolve in 5 business days

Required:





- Supabase and PostgreSQL
- React JavaScript / TypeScript
- REST APIs and webhooks
- Git / GitHub
- Automation tools (n8n)
- Solid written English

Malaysian public holidays observed.
All work product belongs to the client.
You report directly to the agency lead.
