Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting production activities, improving manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day mechanical production activities.
- Ensure manufacturing processes are carried out as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Support process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design, Purchase,



and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Identify manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist in root cause analysis of production and quality-related issues.
- Monitor material utilization and minimise wastage.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and fabrication.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
