Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee and manage complete factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and improving overall efficiency of the plant.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or certifications will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management with hands-on factory handling.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Positive technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and plant operations.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, quality control, and safety practices.




- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage production schedules, manpower, and resources.
- Ability to take quick and effective decisions under pressure.
- Good analytical skills to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry norms.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
