AutoCAD Civil Trainer

Job Summary

CADD Centre Hullimavu is seeking a passionate and experienced AutoCAD Civil Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Civil CAD software, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on Civil CAD software.
- Conduct practical sessions using industry-based projects and case studies.
- Train students in drafting, detailing, modeling, structural analysis, and visualization.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and training materials.
- Mentor students on projects and help them become industry-ready.
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest software versions and industry trends.
- Support placement activities by assisting students with technical interview preparation.

Required Skills

Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following software:

- AutoCAD (Civil)
- Autodesk Revit Architecture
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- STAAD.Pro
- ETABS
- Autodesk Civil 3D (Preferred)




- Navisworks (Preferred)
- Lumion / Enscape (Added Advantage)
- MS Project (Added Advantage)

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of industry or training experience.
- Strong knowledge of Civil drafting, structural concepts, and BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience as a trainer in a CAD training institute is preferred.
- Industry experience in civil, architectural, or structural projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to teach multiple software applications is highly desirable.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience, technical expertise, and software proficiency)
