Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sr HR Manager with a strong background in the restaurant or hospitality industry. The candidate should be able to handle end to end HR operations, including hiring, employee management and compliance. The role requires someone who can manage staff efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment process for restaurant staff
Handle onboarding, training and employee engagement activities
Maintain attendance, payroll coordination and employee records
Ensure smooth daily HR operations across outlets
Handle employee concerns, discipline and grievance resolution
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Support management in performance management and appraisals
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Maintain HR reports and documentation

Requirements




Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
Good communication and people management skills
Ability to handle multiple outlets and large staff
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

Preferred Skills
Experience in restaurant chain or multi outlet operations
Strong problem solving and decision making ability
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic setting
