Job Description

1.AutoCAD Drawing knowledge
2.Machine layout marking and changes as per requirement
3.Machine Selection depend on requirement
4.Must have HMC machines Green filed and brown filed experience
5.Lead the end-to-end installation and mechanical assembly of high-precision 4-axis and 5-axis HMCs and CNC machines at customer production plants.
6.Execute precise foundation anchoring, machine bed leveling using high-sensitivity electronic levels, and verify geometric parameters (spindle coaxiality, perpendicularity, and parallelism).
7.Power up and commission Siemens and Fanuc CNC systems, performing initial PLC sign-of-life checks, axis reference point setting, and limit switch configurations.
8.Integrate and test automated peripheral hardware, including ATC arm alignments, APC orientation, through-spindle coolant (TSC) lines, and centralized lubrication systems.
9.Troubleshoot complex start-up errors involving servo drives, feedback encoders, and safety relay circuits during initial trial runs.
10.Conduct Final Geometric and Cutting Trials (e.g., NAS testing, Circle-Diamond-Square cutting) alongside client quality heads to secure formal Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) sign-offs.

Machine Tool Installation: Foundation Layout Verification, Precision Rigging Supervision, Heavy Machinery Placement.

- Geometric & Laser Alignment: Bed Leveling, Axis Orthogonality, Spindle Runout Correction,



Laser Interferometer Calibration.
- Controller & Drive Integration: PLC I/O Mapping, Axis Tuning, Sign-of-Life Verification, Safety Circuit Validation.
- Sub-System Commissioning: Automatic Pallet Changers (APC), Automatic Tool Changers (ATC), Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems, Chip Conveyors.
- Quality Compliance: Circle-Diamond-Square Tests, National/International Machine Tool Standards, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
