Position: Billing Engineer
Industry: Building Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills as per work executed.
- Measure quantities and prepare RA bills and final bills.
- Coordinate with site engineers, QS, and project teams for billing documentation.
- Maintain billing records, BOQs, work orders, and payment tracking.
- Reconcile executed quantities with approved drawings and site progress.
- Assist in preparation of cost reports and support project documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and compliance with contractual requirements.

Requirements:

- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in building construction projects (high-rise residential,



commercial, or institutional projects).
- Valuable knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement, RA Bills, Final Bills, and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing-related documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
