- Provide financial estimates: Give patients an estimate of their out-of-pocket costs for planned treatments, including explaining any package costs.
- Patient counseling: Serve as a liaison to explain the patient's financial responsibilities, including payment policies, and provide clear guidance.
- Insurance liaison: Work with third-party payers and insurance companies to process claims and confirm coverage.
- Payment collection: Accept and process payments from patients and their representatives for services rendered.
- Patient assistance: Help patients, particularly those who are uninsured, underinsured, or have low incomes, find financial solutions and resolve account balances.
- Reporting and administration: Perform financial reporting and other related administrative tasks.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
