We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Executive for our transport company. The candidate will handle field-level operations, including vehicle coordination, document collection, client visits, and resolving on-ground operational issues to ensure smooth transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit loading and unloading points to monitor vehicle operations and ensure timely loading/unloading.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and warehouse staff for smooth movement of vehicles.
- Collect and submit important documents such as POD (Proof of Delivery), Lorry Receipt, invoices, and gate passes.
- Handle vehicle placement and dispatch follow-ups as per company requirements.
- Visit clients and transport hubs to maintain relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Track vehicle movement and update the office team regarding delivery status and delays.
- Assist in vehicle detention cases, loading disputes, and documentation issues.
- Ensure all transport documents are properly signed and returned to the office.




- Support the operations team in freight confirmation, vehicle availability, and field verification.
- Report daily field activities to the Operations/Transport Manager.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of transport operations and documentation
- Ability to travel within the assigned area
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting / mobile apps
- Problem-solving attitude and quick response capability

Qualification

- Minimum Graduate / Higher Secondary
- Experience in transport, logistics, courier, or supply chain field operations preferred

Other Requirements

- Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license
- Willing to work in field operations and flexible hours

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
