Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Review patient details and recommend appropriate test if required
- Address patient concerns, expectations, and queries prior to the checkup
- Conduct Teleconsultations or in-person counseling for preventive health checkups
- On request conduct post counseling for the customers
- Explain test results in a simple, patient-friendly manner
- Identify abnormal, borderline, and high-risk parameters
- Provide medical advice on: Lifestyle modifications and Preventive measures and risk-factor management
- Recommend follow-up consultations, repeat tests, or specialist referrals if needed
- Escalate critical or alarming findings as per clinical protocol




- Document counseling outcomes and recommendations accurately in the system.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education: degree from a recognized medical institution

Experience

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in counseling
- Willingness to work in a process-driven, review-based medical workplace

Skills:

Patient-centric, empathetic approach
Attention to detail and structured documentation skills
Comfortable with telephonic/video counseling if required
Sound medical knowledge and clinical understanding
Excellent verbal communication and counseling abilities
