we are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM or database.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Meet daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
