As we expand into Kerala, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to join the founding team of our current branch in Kollam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding career-oriented certification programs.
- Understand candidates' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.




- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes.
- Build long-term relationships with students by providing excellent customer support.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 1–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admission Counselling, or Inside Sales.(Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
