job Title: Civil Supervisor

Qualification: 10+

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate

Key Responsibilities:

. Supervise daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.

. Ensure proper upkeep of common areas, building infrastructure, and utilities.

. Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues proactively.

. Manage vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery as per agreements.

. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service logs, and inventory.

. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

. Handle tenant/client complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

. Support emergency response procedures and crisis management when required.

. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
