About the Role

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and daily task progress.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content, Design, and Development teams.
- Identify project risks, escalate issues, and help resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain project documentation and organize project-related data.

Required Skills





- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- MBA (Completed) is mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship experience in Digital Marketing or Project Coordination will have an added advantage.
