Job Overview
We are hiring a Site Supervisor for interior projects who will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed as per specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This role involves working across different project locations based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at project sites
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors
- Track project progress and support timely completion
- Monitor material usage and maintain basic inventory records
- Conduct routine site checks to ensure quality and safety standards
- Address on-site issues and coordinate for timely resolution
- Maintain daily and periodic progress updates
- Follow internal processes and project guidelines
- Be available for travel to different project locations, as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience:
3–4 years in interior execution / site supervision / fit-out projects
- Education:
- Graduate in any discipline, OR
- Diploma / Degree / Certification in Interior Design or related field
Required Skills
- Understanding of interior materials and finishing works
- Ability to read basic interior drawings and layouts
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of vendor handling and site operations
- Problem-solving approach and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain reports and documentation
Preferred Experience (Good to Have)
- Interior fit-out execution
- Modular furniture installation
- False ceiling, flooring, and finishing works
- Basic coordination of electrical and plumbing work
- Vendor and contractor coordination
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
