We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, promoting our real estate projects, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads through calls, referrals, social media, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
