- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, social media, and online platforms.
- Convert leads into admissions by maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Assist applicants throughout the admission process, including application submission and document verification.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
- Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Prepare reports on admissions, conversions, and counseling activities.
- Address student and parent concerns professionally and promptly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
