Job Description

1) Should be able to prepare the Project schedule and perform schedule compression as required to meet the project expectations.
2) Plan the kick-off meeting and regular project review meetings with Clients.
3) As a front face to the customer, should coordinate with Client for aligning on the scope requirements, inputs and approvals required from the client.
4) Leading the team during client calls and meetings
5) Monitor the progress on a regular basis and take necessary actions to ensure timely delivery and quality of documents. Foresee the potential issues, if any and take proactive measures.
6) Ensure that the team follows internal quality processes and systems.




Execute the projects as per the committed schedule- Coordinate with the discipline teams and ensure the documents are delivered as per the schedule.
7) Preparation and sharing of project status report at regular intervals.
Stakeholder management- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as required for smooth execution of the projects.
8) Change management- Should keep a track of changes in project scope and submit the change requests from time to time, as required.
9) Identification of risks and preparation risk response plan.
10) Resource planning, Revenue planning and Invoicing as per agreed schedule/milestone.
