About the Role

Autus Digital Agency is looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2C lead generation, email automation, and performance marketing, along with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Build and manage email marketing workflows, automation, and segmentation strategies
- Generate and nurture high-quality B2C leads through targeted campaigns
- Write persuasive and engaging email copy that improves open rates and click-through rates
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI
- Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing
- Proven experience in B2C lead generation and nurturing
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
- Understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation best practices

Preferred Skills

- Experience with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
