Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating engaging social media reels, branded videos, promotional content, and marketing creatives. You should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, current social media trends, and editing techniques that drive audience engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for digital platforms
✅ Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn videos, and promotional content
✅ Develop branded videos that align with the company's identity and marketing goals
✅ Edit corporate videos, product videos, event highlights, testimonials, and ad creatives
✅ Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, music, and animations to enhance videos
✅ Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization
✅ Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-performing content
✅ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral editing styles, and platform best practices
✅ Optimize videos for different aspect ratios and platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
✅ Organize project files and deliver videos within deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills

✔ 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in video editing
✔ Hands-on experience creating Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other short-form content
✔ Experience editing branded videos, promotional videos, product videos, and social media campaigns
✔ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
✔ Good understanding of motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling
✔ Ability to create engaging videos that increase social media reach and engagement
✔ Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform-specific optimization
✔ Basic knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and sound synchronization
✔ Experience working with subtitles, captions, overlays, and branding elements
✔ Familiarity with current Instagram and social media content trends
✔ Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail
✔ Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Editing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Experience working with digital marketing or social media agencies is an advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and content creation platforms is an added advantage
- Ability to conceptualize and create engaging branded content from start to finish
- Portfolio showcasing social media reels, branded videos, promotional campaigns, or commercial content is highly preferred
