- Identify and generate current sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to improve customer experience.
