We are seeking a highly structured, strategic, and experienced PMO Lead with 5+ years of experience to build, mature, and run our Project Management Office. In this role, you will be the bridge between technology, data engineering, and ad operations. You will oversee a portfolio of digital AdTech platform migrations, analytics integrations, and campaign operations frameworks, ensuring all projects align with company benchmarks, client timelines, and maximum operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Governance & Process Standardization

- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, agile methodologies, and governance models tailored for AdTech product development and data operations pipelines.
- Standardize templates for project roadmaps, resource tracking, and operational KPIs specific to publisher yield optimization and programmatic setups.

2. Project Portfolio Management & Cross-Functional Delivery

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes AdTech initiatives (e.g., DSP/SSP migrations, Header Bidding implementations, custom analytics dashboard deployments, and Tag Management architectures).
- Align cross-functional dependencies across Data Engineering, Client Success, Campaign Management, and Ad Ops teams.




- Ensure risk-mitigation frameworks are active to prevent scope creep, campaign delivery delays, or data discrepancies.

3. Resource & Pipeline Allocation

- Track and manage team capacities across energetic client demands, implementing systems to optimize utilization without risking project burnout.
- Facilitate data-driven capacity planning for technical roles handling platforms like Snowflake, GA4, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and core programmatic wrappers.

4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

- Act as a central hub of truth, presenting clear metrics-driven dashboards on project status, ROI tracking, and execution bottlenecks to executive leadership and key account leads.
- Ensure clear alignment during Site Onboarding, Migrations, and Business Reviews (HBRs/QBRs).

5. Management Certifications & Tooling:

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies; hands-on expertise with project governance tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet).
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
- Expert-level organizational, communication, and risk assessment skills.
