Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and maintaining the reliability of business processes through timely interventions and support activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and resolution of system issues.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration.
- Ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex API interfaces and workflows.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise application integrations to ensure high availability.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for identifying root causes in distributed systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
