Job Summary:

Tech-Long is looking for highly motivated fresh graduates (B.Tech/BE -

Mechanical/Electrical) who are eager to build their careers in the packaging machinery

industry. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will undergo structured training, gain

hands-on experience, and contribute to various projects in engineering, production,

installation, and maintenance of high-tech machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of packaging machinery at

client sites.

- Work on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical/electrical issues in

machinery.

- Learn and apply industry standards, safety protocols, and quality measures in

manufacturing and servicing.

- Collaborate with the design and R&D; teams for continuous improvement in

machine performance.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and SOPs related to machinery

operation and maintenance.

- Support senior engineers in testing, inspections, and customer support services.




- Engage in on-the-job training to develop expertise in PET bottling and packaging

solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: B.Tech/BE – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (2025 Batch

preferred)

- Experience: Fresher (0-1 year)
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academic

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, automation, and control

systems

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and

manuals

Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation (preferred but not

mandatory)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel across India and abroad for client visits and installations

Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies
