Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *Centre Head* to oversee the overall operations, sales, and customer experience of our Kerala Therapy & Wellness Centre. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills with a customer-centric approach. The role requires driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing the therapy team, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

* Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

* Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer footfall and memberships.

* Promote therapy packages, wellness programs, and seasonal offers.

* Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.

* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Operations Management

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the wellness centre.

* Ensure smooth scheduling of therapists, appointments, and customer services.

* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.

* Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.

* Ensure seamless centre administration and operational efficiency.

Team Management

* Lead, mentor, and motivate therapists, reception staff, and support teams.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

* Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum workforce utilization.

* Foster a positive, customer-focused work culture.

Customer Experience

* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high client satisfaction.

* Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations professionally.





* Encourage repeat business through relationship management and loyalty programs.

* Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous service improvements.

Financial Management

* Monitor centre profitability and operational costs.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

* Track KPIs including revenue, occupancy, customer retention, and productivity.

* Ensure adherence to budgets and financial targets.

Required Skills

* Solid sales and business development skills.

* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

* Experience in operations management within wellness, healthcare, hospitality, spa, or therapy centres.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

* Experience in Kerala Therapy, Ayurveda, Wellness Centres, Spa Operations, Healthcare, or Hospitality will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 5–6+ years of experience managing wellness centres, spas, healthcare clinics, hospitality outlets, or similar customer-facing operations.

* Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets.

* Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

* Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: ₹40,222.15 - ₹80,040.50 per month
