Core Responsibilities

- Data Management: Collect, clean, and consolidate raw data from multiple departments (like sales, finance) into centralized databases.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor operational trends.
- Dashboarding: Design and maintain visual dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems.
- System Administration: Coordinate with IT professionals to maintain computer networks, manage databases, and implement technology solutions.

Key Skills Required

- Technical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Analytical: Strong ability to spot patterns, identify errors, and translate technical data into understandable business terms.
- Communication:



Ability to collaborate across departments and present data-driven findings directly to senior management
